Recently, a local company requested our mobile crane rental services for a gas container lifting project nearby Medgidia city.
In this project, the Kran team helped in an incident that occurred Friday night, 7th of October in Constanta County, between Pestera Town and Medgidia City.
A liquefied gas tanker overturned causing gas leaks that could have been an explosion hazard.
The Fire brigade was called and the road was closed to ensure the safety of the surroundings.
The gas company needed a high-capacity lifting crane in order to lift the gas tank.
We sent our all-terrain mobile crane with a lifting capacity of 45 tonnes in order to lift the gas tanker and place it on a trailer platform so it could be transported to a safe location.
Our team got to the incident’s location and, after taking all the safety measurements, gently lifted the gas tank and placed it on a trailer’s platform.
Thanks to the good collaboration between the Fire Brigade’s team and our team, the operation of the gas container lifting was done within a couple of hours.
Our client was satisfied with the way that the operation went and we are looking forward to collaborating with them again on future projects.
