In a recent operation at the Constanta South Container Terminal, our team was tasked with conducting essential maintenance on a port crane. This specific job required high precision due to the intricate nature of the crane components involved.
Technical Details of the Operation:

- Location: Port Constanta, CSCT Terminal
- Duration: 2 days, from February 7th to February 8th, 2024
- Task Details: Replacement and installation of a 15-meter crane segment and a hydraulic cylinder weighing between 5-6 tons.
Operational Process:
The operation commenced early in the morning with the arrival of our telescopic crane at the site. The initial phase involved the careful disassembly of the existing 100-ton crane segment. After safely lowering the disassembled parts, our team facilitated the installation of the new crane segment. The process required meticulous coordination to ensure that the 15-meter section was securely and precisely positioned.
Following this, a 5-6 ton hydraulic cylinder was mounted to enhance the operational capability of the crane. The entire task was performed under strict safety protocols to ensure a seamless and risk-free operation.
Client Coordination:
The project was efficiently executed in collaboration with the client's technical team, ensuring that all specifications and requirements were meticulously met. Operational contacts for the project were made available for seamless communication and coordination throughout the duration of the task.
Project Completion:
