Unloading an oversized piece of equipment with an all-terrain crane rental in Medgidia
At the end of May, Kran’s all-terrain crane rental services were required by a local client in Medgidia, Constanta for unloading an oversized piece of equipment task.
The client received a transport of an 18t piece of equipment and had to unload it from the truck that was transported with.
After assessing the task, we decided to send our 52t lifting capacity all-terrain crane to make sure that the task was done properly and in a safe manner.
Our operator arrived at the client’s location and secured de mobile crane accordingly before starting the unloading procedure.
The 18-t weight equipment had to be lifted from the truck and then relocated safely on the ground.
Close collaboration with the client’s team was needed as the piece of equipment that needed to be unloaded was 10m long.
Also, because the equipment was very heavy and delicate, extra care in handling was needed.
Thanks to the good collaboration and synchronization between teams, the task was done within three hours and in a safe manner.
Our client remained very satisfied with the final results and with our mobile crane’s performance.
