The operation at Damen Shipyards Mangalia required deploying a 50-ton mobile crane for critical lifting tasks at the quay’s edge. Positioned 10 meters from the shore, the crane facilitated lifts to a height of 20 meters, significantly supporting the shipyard’s construction and maintenance projects.

The project demanded thorough planning and strategic coordination. Following the initial request for a crane capable of handling different loads with an extendable arm reaching up to 20 meters in height, the specified crane was deployed effectively.
During the execution phase, an additional request was made by the client for the provision of a crane operator capable of working night shifts, to ensure continuous operation and adherence to strict project timelines. This was accommodated by offering night shift operations at an adjusted rate, ensuring that the project requirements were met without delay.
The client required confirmation that the crane operator could also work at night, to which we responded affirmatively, with night hours billed at an additional rate. The request was promptly confirmed, demonstrating our capability to adapt resources efficiently to meet client needs. A contract was issued, and all necessary data, including company details and safety compliance documents, were exchanged to finalize the arrangements.
