In March, Kran performed multiple operations in Adamclisi. Our client had requested different equipment rentals for a week to make the job faster. At the start of the afternoon, our truck crane rental arrived at the location. However, during transit, we have to pick up the client’s scissor lift and transport it as well. Luckily, our truck crane’s wide rear platform made it capable of transporting various items.
Once at the location, our team used the truck crane to lift heavy metal beams for the construction of a metal awning. Each metal weighed about 700 kg. Our team lifted all of those to a height of 8.5 meters. The scissor lift, although limited in duration, assisted the truck crane in the construction process. Recognizing the need for aerial support in the ongoing building construction, the client also rented an aerial working platform in addition to the rented scissor lift.
However, the unfavorable weather conditions slowed down the work progress – unsafe to continue working at heights. We prioritize the safety of everyone so we decided to postpone the job until the weather gets better. Despite the setback, the overall operation was a success, thanks to the cooperation and professionalism exhibited by both teams throughout the entire project.
