Installation of the “Animax” Sign with the Terex Demag AC100-5 100-Ton Crane in Constanța

Introduction

For this project, the Terex Demag AC100-5 100-ton crane was used to install the “Animax” sign on the shopping center building. The operation was completed in three hours, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the entire process.

Operational Process

The operation began with an assessment of the site and task requirements. The crane was sent to the location, and the logo was prepared to unload and position with two lifting ears and Z-brackets for attachment. It was carefully lifted to a height of 8 meters. Our team ensured the correct installation of the “Animax” sign, weighing approximately 150 kg and measuring 5.5 meters in length and 3 meters in width. The project required additional attention due to the aluminum structure of the sign, and all safety protocols were strictly followed.
