The works were carried out at the Gas Treatment Plant in Corbu commune, Constanța County — an industrial facility with restricted access and strict on-site safety requirements.
The operation involved providing elevated access to the second-floor level of the station's administrative building facade. The equipment used was a truck-mounted aerial work platform (PRB) on a Nissan Cabstar chassis, fitted with an articulating boom — this was the second similar intervention at the same facility within approximately one month.
The articulating boom allowed precise positioning of the work basket close to the facade without requiring the vehicle to access the station's paved platforms. The crew operated from a gravel surface, with outriggers fully deployed on load-distributing pads.
