The operation involved unloading and handling wind turbine generators (Winergy type) arriving on flatbed trailers at a wind energy operator's facility in the Constanța area. Each unit weighed approximately 19 tonnes, requiring a high-capacity counterbalance forklift.
A Svetruck 28120-46 engine-powered forklift with a 28-tonne lifting capacity was deployed. The scope included unloading the generators from the trailers and transporting them to their storage position inside the warehouse.
Direct forklift access to the trailer eliminated the need for intermediate transshipment. The units were set down on heavy timber pallets and secured with straps per the client's instructions.
