Lifting & Material Handling with Truck-Mounted Crane – Strada Eduard Caudella, Constanța

Kran provided a truck-mounted crane (Scania R164G 8×4 FASSI F900XP – 20 t) to support lifting operations on an ongoing residential construction project located on Str. Eduard Caudella, Constanța.

The job required the precise handling and placement of heavy construction materials—including reinforcement steel bundles and timber elements—up to the second floor (approx. 12 m height) with a working radius of 7 m.

The operator set the crane in place, deployed the outriggers, and oversaw the lifts.

Scope of Work

• Positioning the crane on a narrow urban roadway
• Lifting approx. 10 tons of reinforcement steel
• Vertical lifting to ~12 m height (Floor 2)
• Controlled placement of timber and steel on upper levels
