SC TERRA CYCLE SRL processes your personal data as follows:

  • If you access the kran.ro website, TERRA CYCLE SRL processes your personal data for the purpose of establishing a contractual relationship, i.e. for taking over, validating your request and formulating a service offer that meets your requirements. The processing of your data for this purpose is based on your consent if you choose to benefit from our services.
  • If you use the call centre service, we will process the data provided for the purpose of taking your order and concluding the contract, responding to your questions, requests or complaints.
  • If you visit our point of work, taking into account that the area where we operate is permanently monitored by video surveillance systems, your personal data (e.g. image and identifying data such as car registration number) are processed in order to ensure security and integrity of the location.

The processing of your data for this purpose is based on your consent through caller ID.

Duration for which we process your data

  • Contact form submissions and e‑mail correspondence: retained for the time necessary to resolve the request and a reasonable period thereafter to ensure communication continuity.
  • Customer data (natural persons/representatives of legal entities): retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter in line with legal obligations (e.g., accounting records min. 10 years under Romanian tax law).
  • Data processed based on consent (e.g., newsletter, marketing cookies): retained until consent is withdrawn.
  • Technical data and cookies: retained according to the periods specified in the Cookie Policy.

  • hosting and IT maintenance providers,
  • e‑mail service providers,
